A: If you need replacement parts and are under warranty with your builder, contact the builder directly and they will open a customer service request. If you are not under warranty with your builder, please contact us at pcscustomercare@woodmark.com and we will direct you to one of our distributors. Please note that at this time we do not support direct consumer sales for aftermarket parts.
